Domestic Shipping (Australia)


• Aus Post Standard: 2–7 business days

• Aus Post Express: 1–3 business days



International Shipping


At this stage, we only offer shipping within Australia.

If you’re outside Australia, please contact us and we’ll explore other delivery options.



Tracking Your Order


Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Use this number to track your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.



Customs and Duties


Please note that waifu.exe is not responsible for customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.



Lost or Damaged Items


If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



Returns


You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• In the original packaging (if applicable)


Non-returnable items include:

• Sale or clearance items

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

• Intimates or hygienic items (if applicable)



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know.


• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product)



Exchanges


• Want to swap for a different size or product? No problem.

• Customers cover the return shipping costs for exchanges

• Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the replacement to you

• If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover all shipping costs



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.



Shipping Returns


• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt without it
